[CIG-SEISMO] Exporting mesh from Trelis to SPECFEM3d

Hi Hom, did you try your approach when there is a "tripling" refined layer?
that could be a nice news since in the past the exodus format was critical
in the orientation of the nodes after the refinement with negative jacobian
in specfem3d.
or did you introduce some control?
