[CIG-SEISMO] Exporting mesh from Trelis to SPECFEM3d

Hi Emanuele,

Do you mean something like this? I generally had no problems but in
few cases I had negative Jacobin for surfaces due to different
ordering for which I have control parameter "-norm=1" to make sure
that the nodes are in right order.
