[CIG-SEISMO] SW4 and Cartesian pfiles

Hi Manos,
What you have to do is to install version 1.19 of sw4 from github:
git clone --recursive https://github.com/geodynamics/sw4.git

This version supports pfiles in Cartesian coordinates.
