[CIG-SEISMO] Can't run SW4 model (pfile) in cartesian ...

Hi Manos,
You should be able to read a pfile material model with sw4. We have made
some improvements and bug fixes since the last official release, so I
suggest you start by downloading the latest version of SW4 from git (git
pull ... see instructions on the CIG website).
Otherwise, the classical mistake is that the material model in the pfile
does not cover the entire computational domain.
Let me know how it goes,
