[CIG-SEISMO] bug in meshfem3D cartesian?

Dear Sirs,
I was trying to create a mesh with the xmeshfem3D module of specfem3D cartesian package, for a model having a topography.
I got a wrong result: all the mesh was leveled to the lowest point of the topography.

Examining the source code of create_interfaces_mesh.f90 I found a possible inconsistency within the code:
row 301: icornerlong = int((long - orig_x_interface_bottom) / spacing_x_interface_bottom) + 1
that contains a difference between long (which is supposed to be in geographic) and orig_x_interface_bottom (supposed to be UTM).

A similar issue arise at rows: 302, 311, 312 and others...

It is a real bug or just a fault of mine in editing the input files (in attach)?
