[CIG-SEISMO] Potential bug in SPECFEM3D_Cartisen

Hi Dimitri,
I am afraid I don't know enough about the software to modify it without
introducing extra issues. In my case, I may work around it by hardwiring
the loop to
          imin = 1
          imax = NGLLX
          jmin = 1
          jmax = NGLLY
          kmin = 1
          kmax = NGLLZ
for both source and receivers. I wonder what was the reason to exclude the
edge nodes.
