[CIG-SEISMO] RAJA version of SW4lite

I’d like to exercise the RAJA version of SW4lite.  I see provisions for compiling in the Makefile and have built a RAJA library, but it doesn’t appear that the source enables and RAJA calls. Please advise how I can get a version that supports RAJA, ideally the lite version for performance testing using a simulator.
