[CIG-SHORT] bug(s) found in PyLith v0.8.1, solutions in progress

Hi all:

Just an update on the errors that Rowena was getting. She was running a 
problem on multiple processors where not all processors had boundary 
conditions. In the serial version of PyLith, this behavior was not allowed 
and it crept into the parallel version. We are in the process of fixing this. 
In the meantime, running in serial should not present a problem nor should 
running problems where there is at least one node with a boundary condition 
on each processor. (Note: a node with all 3 DOF free will be ignored so this 
is not a workaround).
