[CIG-SHORT] Reverse Slip (nog) variable resolution models - updated input

Hi all:

Sorry I am such a dolt and it took me so long to get this right, but it is
finally OK (I think!). The latest was confusing sines and cosines - oi, I
think I might need a vacation.

I put tar-balls with the Pylith input files for the variable resolution
meshes 01 and 02 (I have 03 being generated now, but I suspect it will be
too large to run right now) on the CIG web-site in the Pylith input folder
under the Reverse Slip BM folder - if you are using them, please use the new
ones.

I also ran the 01 mesh, the output is here:

Sorry, I kept tried to upload it, but it kept timing out - it is 75 Megs, so
I am not sure why, I will try later, or if someone can post it, I would be
grateful...

I looked at the soln in paraview, and it looks OK.

Again, apologies for the slowness of this. Hope it is useful.
