[CIG-SHORT] Problems installing nemesis

I am trying to build Pylith. The current version requires nemesis, which in
turn needs libnet. I've installed libnet, but nemesis can't seem to find the
include files or library files, even when using the switches-with-libnet*.
Your help is appreciated.
