[CIG-SHORT] pylith - multiple faults

Hi,

I'm trying to run a pylith model with two faults.  There seems to be  
a problem with the vtk files output -- they cannot be read in by  
paraview.  I've tracked down the problem to what seem to be extra  
cells in the vtk file.

Here is the relevant part of the vtk file:

This is a model with 3 hex8 elements.  The models with only one fault  
do not have the extra cell in the vtk output.

If I remove the last cell from the file it works fine.
