[CIG-SHORT] pylith - multiple faults

We discovered this problem last week and Matt is fixing this bug. We hope to 
release v1.1 in the next couple of weeks. If we can't get v1.1 out the door 
very soon, we will make a bug fix release to correct this and some other 
small problems we have fixed.

For now, simply remove the extra cohesive cells from the VTK output.
