[CIG-SHORT] building PyLith on OSX or a Linux cluster - testers needed

Hi all:

The installation instructions for building PyLith on an OSX machine and a 
Linux cluster running Rocks 4.3 are now complete. The installation 
instructions are in the CIG SVN repository for PyLith under doc/install. The 
URL is  
http://www.geodynamics.org/wsvn/cig/short/3D/PyLith/trunk/doc/install/?rev=0&sc=0. 

We would greatly appreciate it if someone could try out these installation 
instructions and report any problems or gaps.
