[CIG-SHORT] VTK data files

The number of data points in the VTK files for two different runs with 
different BCs but with the same mesh dont match up.

radon pylith> cat reg_RESULTS/disp_surf_t0000000.vtk | grep POINTS
POINTS 6280 double
radon pylith> cat co_RESULTS/disp_surf_t0000000.vtk | grep POINTS
POINTS 6285 double

The first file is fine but second one seems to have some duplicate 
points. Can this be possible or did I mess something up.
