[CIG-SHORT] problem with a benchmark of 250m mesh

The Linux binary is a 32-bit binary. In this problem the amount of memory
required for the sparse matrix exceeds that allowed for a 32-bit program. In
order to run a problem of this size, you will need to build a 64-bit version
from the source code.

Brad
