[CIG-SHORT] pylith install problem

Developers,

When building pylith, I can successfully run configure, but I get an  
error during make. I've included the end of the output from make as an  
attachment. This error occurs when using netcdf libraries compiled  
from source or pre-compiled. I'm using netcdf 3.6.3.
