[CIG-SHORT] powerpc installation trouble

This is exactly what should happen if you try to run pylith without any 
input. PyLith is complaining that it cannot find the mesh input file ''. 
The mesh input file should be between the single quotes, so this error 
message indicates no mesh input file was specified.
