[CIG-SHORT] reference books about PyLith

Dear Dr. Brad Aagaard:

I am a graduate student in West Virginia University, and learning the PyLith
now.

At present, I want to simulate fault dislocation, and could not fully
understand the theory contained in 'Fault Interface Conditions' in pylith
manual 1.5.0 (section 6.4). Could you help me list some references about
this theory? I have searched through Internet, and feel that the literature
about this theory is limited.
