[CIG-SHORT] What changed between 1.5.2 and 1.6.0

Oups I need to say 2 things
- I used Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.
- I don't care about the SCEC condition that forbids Mode I, in fact I
validate my code which is a Lagrange Multiplier (like Pylith) but with
non-conforming meshing and updated lagrangian formulation to get large
deformation.
