[CIG-SHORT] more robust binary for PyLith 1.6.0 on Darwin 10.6

Hi all:

I uploaded a new tarball for PyLith 1.6.0 for Darwin 10.6. This tarball 
includes Python 2.6 rather than relying on the Apple 2.6 Python. The 
tarball filename is pylith-1.6.0b-darwin-10.6.6.tgz (note the 1.6.0b).

Users who encountered segmentation faults when trying to run example 
problems with the previous Darwin 10.6 v1.6.0 binary should try this 
binary. If the previous v1.6.0 Darwin 10.6 binary worked for you, then 
there is no reason to change.
