[CIG-SHORT] Version of cubit for running subduction example?

Hi folks,

Do you happen to have info on the version of CUBIT that was used to run
this example?  I'm having an issue where CUBIT says it can't use "split" on
curves that are not part of a volume.  I'm running 11- can't run 13 because
of my mac os (10.4).
