[CIG-SHORT] Mesh-generation and processing question

Attached is a cubit script (along with the mesh) which does exactly what you want.  I was able to create a nodeset for the middle bound and can highlight it as well (see attached figure)

Also attached is a sample pylithapp.cfg file for your problem.  It gives you an idea of how to setup the boundary conditions and faults as required.  You may have to specify some output and petsc setting to run this problem.
