[CIG-SHORT] OS 10.4 request

Hi all,

Can I make a request for 10.4 binaries being available next time?  I
can't upgrade to the higher OS's without losing a significant amount
of performance and I think I'm probably not the only one in this boat.
 Am working on installing from source for now.
