[CIG-SHORT] OS 10.4 request

Hi Rowena,

Unfortunately CIG doesn't support 10.4 binaries anymore since this OS was released about 7 years ago, and last updated about 5 years ago.  If you need any assistance compiling from source or running it, we'd be glad to help you.  There may be issues with external libraries not being supported in OS 10.4 but we can address these as they come up.
