[CIG-SHORT] OS 10.4 request

Hi Rowena,
It depends on how difficult it is to make 10.4 binaries from a newer OS. I believe that CIG has a 10.5 machine that might work. The problem is that 10.8 will be out shortly, so I'm not sure if they will upgrade then or not. What are the performance penalties for upgrading?
