[CIG-SHORT] error with Drucker-Prager material

Hi Luigi,

There is a conflict between your pylithapp.cfg file and your disp.cfg file.  Try commenting out the following line in pylithapp.cfg:

# db_properties.iohandler.filename = spatialdb/mat_fault_block.spatialdb
