[CIG-SHORT] error with Drucker-Prager material

Hi Charles,

thanks for you help. Now It works!
However I don't understand why launching the 3d/hex8/step09.cfg
example no error message was found (in theory, also in that case,
there is a conflict between the pylithapp.cfg and step09.cfg files.
