[CIG-SHORT] configure PyLith

 From the config.log file it looks like you are using a relatively old 
version of the installer (1.0.5 which installs PyLith 1.5.2). The 
current version of PyLith is 1.8.1. Please try using the current version 
of the installer.

If you still get an error, please send the entire error message along 
with the config.log from configuring the installer and the config.log 
from when the installer configured the specific package generating the 
error.
