[CIG-SHORT] discontinuing PyLith support for OS X 10.5

PyLith users,

We have been providing PyLith binaries for OS X 10.5, but do not plan to 
provide binaries for OS X 10.5 for future PyLith releases. This 
operating system release is no longer supported by Apple (and hasn't 
been for some time). If you have hardware that doesn't permit upgrading 
to a more recent OS X release, consider this an excuse to get a new 
computer.
