[CIG-SHORT] Not able to run dynamic fault (step11) with Pylith-1.9.0 installed from source

Charles,

He is building from source, not the repository so he needs to use the 
supplied SWIG files in the source tarball that the installer downloads. 
The problem isn't a C++/Python/SWIG issue. The libtests fail with 
undefined symbols, so something didn't build/install correctly.
