[CIG-SHORT] PyLith SVN repositories moved to github

PyLith users,

This message is intended for any PyLith users who are using files from 
the CIG subversion repository.

We have switched from subversion to git and Eric Heien migrated all 
PyLith related subversion repositories to github. They remain under the 
CIG/geodynamics unbrella at https://github.com/geodynamics/. The 
top-level hierarchy is gone so that each code sits in the top-level 
directory and the URL for PyLith is simply 
https://github.com/geodynamics/pylith. The main PyLith page remains on 
the geodynamics.org webpage at its same URL.
