[CIG-SHORT] pylith-2.0 and 2.1 installer

Birendra,

We did some small fixes to the binaries during our June workshop that
resulted in increments in the version numbers of some binaries and other
files but not others. I am currently working on cleaning up some source
related issues. I hope to finish these in the next day or so and have
everything (binaries, source, installer) updated to v2.0.2 or v2.0.3.

You cannot copy over the Makefile.am or Makefile.in file from a previous 
version because we have made changes.
