Brad
I am able to run the examples (tried step01, step06) so I think it's fine.
Thanks

Birendra,
I found one very small memory
issue that Matt has fixed. It could be
responsible for the memory leak you are seeing
in the pytests/meshio
test, but I doubt it.
I noticed from your config.log that you are using
gcc 4.6.3 and Python 2.7.2.
The current gcc 4.6 version is 4.6.4 and the
current Python 2 version is
2.7.6. The
patches for these later versions could be fixing this
issue.
Have you tried
running a simulation? Do you get any errors?
Brad
