[CIG-SHORT] python function to read ExodusII files

Hi all,

I'm trying to read the exodus file output by Trelis using python functions. I just wondered which python functions is used by pylith to do it.
Does it exist any python functions to read exodus file (either from the binary form or from the ASCII file -- after a ncdump)?
