These appear to be cut and paste errors in your .cfg file. It gives you the
line numbers, and all are misspelled:

  DataWriterHDF5SubSubMesh --> DataWriterHDF5SubMesh

  CellFilterAvgMesh --> CellFilterAvg

  DataWriterHDF5Mesh --> DataWriterHDF5
