[CIG-SHORT] Running on cluster

Xiao,

Please see my email below that I sent yesterday afternoon about running
PyLith on a cluster. It sounds like you want to run on multiple compute
nodes, so you need to build from source. The PyLith Installer utility,
which is available on the PyLith web page
(http://geodynamics.org/cig/software/pylith/), will build PyLith and all
of its dependencies with the correct configure arguments. Carefully read
the section for building on a cluster in the INSTALL file included with
the installer and consult the system administrator of the cluster so
that you use the correct MPI and compilers for the machine.

Regards,
Brad
