[CIG-SHORT] Pylith error in initializing integrators

Dear Jiangzhi,

It’s difficult to say for sure, but I noticed that you do not constrain the z-displacements anywhere.  I suspect that you want to do this for your boundary_side boundary condition.  If this is the case, you would want to set:

bc_dof = [2]
