[CIG-SHORT] Million elements generate in Cubit, and run in pylith

I have used Cubit to generate 3D meshes with 16 million plus elements on 
a machine with 16GB RAM (running a 64-bit OS). Though as mentioned in 
Matt's reply you can just use a coarse mesh and refine it later in PyLith.
