[CIG-SHORT] Refiner in pylith

Hi,
Is refiner in pylith can only refine by a factor of 2 , let say if we are in 2D Using quad element, so if my mesh size is 12.5m , after I use the refiner , the mesh size will become 6.25m , however is there a way to refine it by a factor of 4 , first half, then half the mesh? to have a 3.125m element size?
