[CIG-SHORT] pylith error

Hi Brad

I am getting the following error when trying to run pylith on a computer where I just installed pylith-1.8.0. If you remember, you helped in getting the correct web addresses in the pylith 1.8.0 installer. 

I have never seen this error and don't know what to do:
