[CIG-SHORT] Pylith windows installation

[Agate Giordano (RSE)]

Dear cig people,

we are going to use the Pylith software on windows machine.
We  tried to install the package 'pylith-2.1.0-win-i686.exe' on machine with windows 7 professional SP1 as operating system, Intel i5-2400 3.1Ghz as processor and 8.0 GB of RAM.
The installation seems to end successfully.
When we try to run the example (examples/3d/hex8) the system shows the following error :

What should we do?
