[CIG-SHORT] Checking what values are requested for spatialdb

Romain,

pylithinfo works directly with the descriptions of the components and 
properties in the source code. This information is not currently 
available there and it wouldn't be trivial to do. This is a good idea 
and we will have to think about we could set this up.
