[CIG-SHORT] Help: OutputSolnPoints Stress Values

Farrokh,

OutputSolnPoints only works for the solution (displacement and its time 
derivatives). For state variables, such as stress and strain, you will 
have to interpolate from the quadratures points or cell centroids (if 
using CellFilterAvg).
