[CIG-SHORT] Pylith 2.1.0-Darwin-10.6.8 (problems with Os x "El Capitan")

Hi all,

Matt, Charles, and I discussed this issue today, and we think we can 
create a script that will transform the dynamic libraries using otool 
and install_name_tool so that they are compatible with El Capitan 
release of OS X. We will aim to get this working for the next release.
