[CIG-SHORT] Fault-bound blocks

I’m not positive about this, but I think you can define the TG fault by having a nodeset with two buried edges at the ends.  The other fault would need to stop one element away from that fault (it cannot share any nodes with the other fault).  If you do this you will be restricted with your solution methods, as this problem is actually singular.  You would not be able to use split_fields, for example.  Matt and Brad may have some other ideas on this.
