[CIG-SHORT] CFG file fix for t-intersection

Bobby,

See the attached diagram (annotated version of your earlier diagram). 
When I draw two colors next to each other (red/green and yellow/blue), 
these are the same point.

Fault TG
label = nodeset with green nodes
no buried edges

Fault 1
label = nodeset with blue + red vertices
edge = nodeset with red vertex [buried or pinched end]

Fault 2
label = nodeset with purple + yellow vertices
edge = nodeset with yellow vertices [buried or pinched ends]


Other comment:
Omit "up_dir". This is handled automatically in 2-D and is only needed 
for a fault parallel to the xy-plane.
