[CIG-SHORT] MPI error

Hi All, 

I am trying to run a dynamic rupture simulation with Pylith version 2.1 and I kept getting an error. I first tried to distribute the mesh into several nodes (--nodes=12) but every time I kept getting the error message mentioned on the file “log.txt”. I then tried to run the simulation without distributing the mesh and I got a similar error message as mentioned on the file “log2.txt. Any idea of what might cause this error and how I should solve it. I am also attaching my .cfg files as well.
