[CIG-SHORT] VQ-quakelib issue

Dear CIG staff,

     My name is Li Xiaofan and I am working at China Earthquake Networks Center. I have installed the Virtual Earthquake vq-2.1.0.tar.gz[2015-12-08] and the test are 100% passed. After calculating, I can not draw the pics with python.  Could you help to telling me how to fix this problem. Thank you very much.
