[CIG-SHORT] Runtime Error

Hi All,

I'm getting the following runtime error:

Error occurred while adjusting topology to create cohesive cells for fault 'NNStrand'. Error in topology of mesh associated with symmetry of adjacency information.

I'm not entirely sure what this is telling me to address in terms of my mesh. Could anyone clarify this for me?
