[CIG-SHORT] Runtime Error

Bobby,

This error occurs when PyLith cannot adjust the topology of the mesh to 
add the fault.

Are you using PyLith v2.1.0 with a fault that has buried edges, i.e., 
edges that do not extend to the edges of the domain? If so, please see 
sections 6.4.2 and 6.4.3 paying attention to the discussion of fault 
edges and the "edge" parameter.

Another restriction is that a cell cannot have multiple faces on a fault.
